Just click on the link above to download blank log sheets. Make sure sheets are filled out weekly and can be dropped off at your school, faxed to 905-527-2132 or scanned and emailed to:
turningpointcoop@gmail.com.
You may also use a Carrier Pigeon as we always enjoy receiving them!
Another way to save time and effort is to write your weekly journal on the back of your Log Sheet.
- Convenient
- Can't be lost (unless you lose the log sheet).
- Use the same pen you borrow to write in your hours.
